Foot Reflexology
Foot reflexology is a natural therapy that influences the functioning of the entire body. In the eyes of the therapist, the feet represent a map of the human body. It is on them that the reflection of all organs, glands, and other parts of the body can be found. Each session involves precise work on points called reflexes, which are connected to the rest of our body. Appropriate pressure activates the body's healing processes. The result of working on the feet is not only an improvement in well-being on a physical level but also on a psychological level. Foot reflexology helps, among other things, in the following cases:
- Stress, fatigue
- Insomnia
- Headaches, migraines
- Depression, anxiety
- Hormonal disorders
- Painful menstruation
- Back pain
- Digestive problems
- Aching and swollen feet.
If you have ailments that are not listed above and have doubts about whether this therapy is suitable for you, please contact me, and I will gladly answer your questions.
- Reflexology treatment is recommended for everyone, regardless of age.
- It can be beneficial for children, adults, pregnant women, and the elderly.
- Each session, its course, pressure intensity, and work techniques are individually tailored.
- Regular sessions are recommended, consisting of 10 meetings.
- As a form of prevention and relaxation, sessions can take place regularly once a week.
Facial and head reflexology
It is pure relaxation. Thanks to it, you can pause, calm down, and recharge for the days ahead. During the sessions, clients often experience a state of bliss, finding themselves between wakefulness and sleep. This brings relief and rest for the brain, increasing resilience to stress and
negative emotions. It is recommended for individuals living in constant tension, providing a space to disconnect from the influx of thoughts and find themselves in a pleasant zone of self-awareness.
Facial and head reflexology is recommended alternately with foot reflexology.
Reflexology for Pregnant Women
This is one of the few therapies that can be safely used during pregnancy. It provides excellent support for both the mother and the baby.
Pregnancy is a period of significant changes! The little one is constantly growing, which means that organs have less and less space. This can make their proper functioning challenging. Therefore, it happens that we experience certain discomforts. Reflexology helps alleviate or eliminate them.
The most common ones include:
- Swelling of the feet and ankles,
- Fatigue, drowsiness,
- Back pain,
- Heartburn and indigestion,
- Bladder inflammation,
- Constipation and hemorrhoids.
The gentle touch of the reflexologist balances the body's functioning. It regulates the work of organs and hormones. The semi-reclined position relieves the workload on the heart! The legs become light and rested. After the treatment, there is a noticeable improvement in well-being.
The Journey
It's challenging to find a more fitting name for this therapy. During the sessions, we have the opportunity to reach our true selves. This happens through the discovery and healing of our beliefs and blocked emotions. We all have them, regardless of the environment in which we were
raised.
We often forget who we were born as: perfect, capable of giving and receiving love, open to the world, non-judgmental. What we think about ourselves is primarily conditioned by the sense of love we received from our parents and what we heard about ourselves, for example, from siblings, schoolmates, teachers. Everyone's experiences vary. In the early years of childhood, we perceive everything as absolute truth. And this truth stays with us for a long time, strongly embedded in our subconscious.
The Journey allows us not only to discover all of this but also to feel it deeply. It provides a chance to return to the place where, as children, we felt perfect just being who we truly are. With The Journey we discover a place full of love and acceptance that exists in each of us. It also
provides the opportunity for forgiveness from the heart, which has immense healing power.

The Journey is a therapy that helps us hear the voice of our own heart. As I am currently undergoing training, my clients can benefit from sessions paid in the form of a donation.
Reflexology in Mazury (the Masurian Lakes Region in Poland)
During the summer months of July-August, the office in Gdańsk closes to make way for the Apihouse (a cottage for apitherapy) in the Masurian Lakes Region. It is there that I relocate with my therapies. The Apihouse is constructed from wood and houses three beehives enclosed in
one long box. Clients can lie down on top of the box or choose to sit in a chair nearby. The bees residing in the hives are positioned to avoid direct contact with humans.
It is an ideal space for foot or facial and head reflexology treatments, allowing clients to listen to the natural sounds of the bees at work, breathe pure, ionized air from the depths of the hive, and absorb the energy generated by these industrious insects. Both therapies complement each other perfectly, reinforcing the effects of the therapist's work.
Both reflexology and apitherapy strongly affect:
- The nervous system
- Alleviating symptoms of stress and providing deep relaxation
- Regulating the functioning of the entire body
- Adding energy and improving well-being.
These therapies are particularly recommended for individuals suffering from asthma, migraines, and insomnia.
